Jack Braly, president of Beech Aircraft from December 1990 to August 1993, has joined Sino Swearingen Aircraft (SSAC) as president and chief executive officer. Braly comes to the Taiwan-backed US company, which is developing the SJ30-2 light business-jet, from Rockwell International, where he was general manager of the North American Aircraft Modification division, which is to be sold to Boeing.
