Jet Aviation Basel has won contracts for the completion of two Airbus A319CJs and a Boeing BBJ3 executive jet, while delivering another two newly outfitted A319CJs and a Boeing 737-800.

Layouts for all three of the newly contracted aircraft will include living and dining areas, plus private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the aircraft is already with the company. The others are expected to arrive over the next few months. None of the clients for the new completions is being revealed.

"We look forward to working on these custom-designed narrowbody completions projects, which will enable us to utilise the best of our cabin interior-design expertise," says Charles Celli, Jet Aviation Basel's general manager and senior vice-president, completions.

The Swiss company has recently delivered two A319CJs to Monaco-based Boutsen Aviation. The company also delivered the 737-800 to an undisclosed customer. The interiors of all three aircraft were designed by the company's in-house design studio.

"We were pleased to deliver these aircraft to our clients' satisfaction. We were further pleased to present one of the Boutsen Aviation aircraft at this year's EBACE convention as a showcase for the high quality of our work," says Celli. That aircraft has the capability of having customised high-density seating installed to allow it to be used for commercial operations.
