Airbus delivered 22 A320neo-family aircraft in October, the largest number for a single month so far this year.
The deliveries included 12 aircraft with Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engines and 10 with the CFM International Leap-1A.
Airbus's increased deliveries signal a continuing recovery from the technical snags which have held up transfer of PW1100G-powered aircraft in particular.
The 22 aircraft handed over comprised 17 A320neos and five A321neos, according to the airframer's latest backlog information.
Airbus delivered a total of 49 single-aisle jets in October, taking total single-aisle deliveries this year to 399 – of which 112 were A320neo-family jets.
Its overall output of 517 aircraft also included 58 A350s, 50 A330s and 10 A380s from its long-haul lines.
