Pakistan International Airlines is seeking providers for a cabin refurbishment programme covering three 777-200ERs and two -200LRs that will commence in October.
Tender documents show that the five aircraft (MSNs 33775, 33776, 33777, 33781 and 33782) are to be reconfigured with 24 business class seats in a 1-2-1 abreast configuration with Stelia Solysts1 fully-flat beds, as well as 315 economy seats in a 3-3-3 configuration with Recaro 3410 seats.
In addition, the digEcor IFE systems will be replaced with Panasonic eX3 systems.
Interested parties to be approved by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority as well as the United States Federal Aviation Administration.
The tender closes on 24 January.
Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that PIA operates a fleet of 12 777s, comprised of four 300ERs, two 200LRs and six 200ERs.
