The owners of 30 aircraft signed on with TAG Aviation USA in 2007 for management of their aircraft, helping strengthen the core business at the company’s eight US offices. “In the last year, TAG’s charter brokerage volume is up over 10%,” adds Paul Class, vice-president of charter sales.

“The challenge in 2007 has been to find aircraft matching out clients’ charter requirements.

Owners are flying more this year, and that reduces aircraft availability.”

Officials say they are watching online competition, and find that owners are won over by the experience and personal touch of TAG’s charter brokering.
