TBI receives bid

UK-based airport operator TBI has received a £515 million ($730 million) hostile bid from French construction giant Vinci. TBI's share price recently took a knock when bmi british midland moved its Belfast operations from the TBI-operated International to City airport. TBI also holds London Luton airport where it has been engaged in a long running and public dispute with easyJet over landing fees.
