For the latest in airborne video technology, fast forward yourself to the TEAC stand (Hall 4/H8/5) where the US company is showing off its latest Hi-8mm in-flight video entertainment players.

TEAC's airborne video recorders were initially designed, developed and manufactured for military training, reconnaissance and battlefield assessment.

"Now," says national marketing manager David Crossett, "the same high quality, proven reliability and performance is available for the in-flight entertainment industry."

He adds: "Our Hi-8mm video entertainment players (VEPs) use less power, weigh less and are smaller than competitive S-VHS and Hi-8mm players."
