The MRO subsidiary of tour operator TUI, Tec4Jets, will open a line maintenance station at Lille airport in France on 1 April.
The facility will operate throughout the year, providing line and aircraft-on-ground support for current generation Boeing 737s.
But the company says it will add capabilities for other aircraft if sufficient demand materialises.
Tec4Jets' main bases are at Brussels' Zaventem and Amsterdam Schiphol airports, where it respectively supports TUI's Belgian branch Jetairfly and Dutch subsidiary Arkefly.
Since last year, the maintenance provider has also served third-party airline customers.
