Larry James has been appointed controller of Texas Instruments Defense Systems & Electronics Group, of Dallas, Texas. Steven Roemerman becomes vice-president. James, with Texas since 1968, has served as manager of Texas Instruments financial relations and controller for Texas Instruments, Japan. Roemerman was formerly manager of interdiction weapon systems.
