At the annual reception of The Air League held in London, HRH Prince Philip presented Companionships to (top) The Lord Kings Norton (sometime chief scientist at the Ministry of Aircraft Production and chairman of Power Jets, now chancellor of Cranfield Institute of Technology) and (bottom) Sir Arthur Marshall, founder and life president of Marshall of Cambridge. The Air League's Founders' Medal was presented to Sir Colin Marshall, chairman of British Airways.
