Buglaria's government has authorised three groups to submit offers for a majority stake in Bulgaria Air. Italy's Air One, Bulgaria's Hemus Air and a subsidiary of Greece's Aegean Airlines have made the short-list. The government, which owns 100% of the flag carrier, launched in June a tender for the sale of a 99.9% stake.
