Aircraft and personnel from eight NATO nations participated in the "Tiger Meet 2005" exercise from Turkey's Balikesir airbase earlier this month. The meeting included air-to-air, air-to-ground, reconnaissance, search and rescue and combat search and rescue missions, with the Turkish air force supplying Lockheed Martin F-16 fighters from 192 Squadron as an opposition force.
