Ben Medley has joined electronic -warfare-systems manufacturer Tracor Aerospace, of Austin, Texas, as vice-president of operations at the Austin and Lansdale, Pennsylvania plants. He joined Tracor in 1968, moving to Texas-based E-Systems in 1990. He has been a consultant to Tracor for the past two years.
