Edward Rizzotti has been appointed vice-president and general manager of the Cross Systems division of electronic-warfare-systems manufacturer Tracor Aerospace, at Austin, Texas. He will be responsible for design and production of head-up display systems for helicopters. He joined the company in 1993 as director of business development. Before that, he was at MagneTek Power Technology Systems in Anaheim, California.
