Flight International's new US East Coast Editor is Stephen Trimble, formerly the Pentagon-based reporter with Aerospace Daily. Trimble worked for Federal Times in Washington before being part of the launch team of Military.com. He then joined McGraw Hill and spent a year and a half on Aviation Now before moving to the daily. British Airways' chief information officer Paul Coby has been appointed chairman of airline IT specialist Sita. Goodrich has appointed Eric Schultz, formerly chief executive of EADS Aeroframe Services, president of its aviation technical services division. Atlantic Coast Airlines has named Celia Stokes vice-president (VP) of marketing. She was formerly ACA's account director at its advertising agency, Gkv Commu-nications of Baltimore. EADS has appointed François Amat, formerly VP marketing of its Sogerma Services division, president and chief executive of EADS Aeroframe Services. South African Airways has appointed six new board members. They are Cheryl Carolus, former Olympic Airways chairman Rigas Doganis, Marumo Moerane, Tshidi Mokgabudi, Paul Nkuna and Charles Okeahalam. They join chairman Don Ncube, chief executive Andre Viljoen and Transnet chief executive Mafika Mkwanazi. Iberia's financial manager, Enrique Dupuy de Lôme, has been named head of the International Air Transport Association's financial committee. Gerard Langeler has been appointed chairman of enhanced vision specialist Max-Viz. Langeler is a founding partner in Max-Viz investor Oregon Venture Partners.
