Carl Thompson has been promoted to vice-president of TRO Learning's aviation training division and managing director of TRO Learning (UK), its UK subsidiary, based at London Heathrow Airport. He takes over from John Murray, who will become corporate vice-president for product development in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
