Thomson Training & Simulation (TT&S) has revealed a series of contracts to supply full flight simulators to Alaska Airlines and Air France and manufacturer Airbus Industrie.

For Alaska Airlines, the French company will produce its first Boeing 737-700/900 simulator as part of a contract covering a range of integrated pilot training systems. The order also includes a US Federal Aviation Administration Level 5 flight training device, as well as 14 flight management systems trainers.

Air France agreed a deal with TT&S to supply its first Boeing 777 full flight simulator, which will feature an Evans &Sutherland ESIG 3350 GT visual system. The Level D device is set to enter service at the end of February 1999 at Air France's training centre at Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Airbus has signed for two A320 full flight machines for service entry in the second half of 1999.
