Williams International has received US certification for its uprated, 2,400lb-thrust (10.7kN) FJ44-2C turbofan powering the Cessna Citation CJ2. The -2C produces 500lb more thrust than the-1A powering the Citation CJ1 and features a new accessory gearbox, integrated hydromechanical fuel control and pump and a fuel heater system.
