Royal Jordanian has contracted Turkish Technic to provide component support for the International Aero Engines V2500s powering a fleet of Airbus A320-family jets.
Turkish Technic says the deal covers equipment services and pool access for V2500 rotable components.
The MRO provider will repair the equipment at its campus at Istanbul's Sabiha Gokcen airport and ship components to international destinations for Royal Jordanian.
Flight Fleets Analyzer shows that the airline has four A319s, six A320s and two A321s.
Turkish Technic says the deal will "enhance the strong business relationship" with Royal Jordanian, and that it represents a "substantial step" for the MRO provider in the Middle East region.
