Two people have been confirmed killed after a helicopter apparently collided with a crane on top of a building in central London on 16 January.
The aircraft, an AgustaWestland AW109, came down on Wandsworth Road near Vauxhall train station south of the river Thames at around 08:00 local. London Fire Brigade reports that a crane has been left in an unsafe position at One St George Wharf, a residential development that includes a 594ft (181m) tower.
Weather data from nearby London City airport at the time of the crash shows a ceiling of 100ft, in conditions of freezing fog with visibility down to 600m.

The Metropolitan Police says two people died at the scene, with another nine people injured, including one critically. London Fire Brigade confirms that an individual was rescued from a burning car.
Images posted on social media websites showed what appeared to be burning aviation fuel and witnesses reported a plume of black smoke rising from the crash scene. The fire brigade says it sent 60 firefighters to the incident and the blaze has now been brought under control.
Nearby Battersea London heliport has been closed for the day.
The Metroplitan Police will hold a press conference at 11:30 local.
