Anatoly Myalitsa, former general director of Ukraine’s Kharkov KSAMC plant and minister for industrial policy, is to take over as general director at Antonov National Amalgamation (NPO Antonov). The new entity was established on 14 July, uniting the Antonov design bureau, aviation plants in Kiev and Kharkov, the Kiev repair station and several smaller aviation enterprises.
