Ukraine's MRK Airlines has inked a purchase agreement with China's Xian Aircraft for three MA60 twin-turboprops.
This is the Chinese manufacturer's first sale of the type to a European carrier, says Xian Aircraft in a statement.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
MRK Airlines is a Kiev-based charter carrier offering ad hoc and contract charter services with two Saab 340A turboprops.
Xian Aircraft has also been active in marketing the MA60 in the Siberian republic of Yakutia and is in talks with state-owned carrier Polar Airlines.
