United Airlines has reached a tentative agreement with its pilots' union allowing its United Express codeshare partners to operate regional jets. United pilots will vote on the deal by mid-November. United Express carriers Atlantic Coast Airlines and Mesa Air Group already have 50-seat Bombardier Canadair Regional Jets on order.
