Universal Weather and Aviation (booth 7666) announced today that it can now provide its clients with runway analysis services.
This offering is part of its flight planning services through an agreement with Aircraft Performance Group for its internet-based runway analysis.
This runway analysis service provides the calculation of safe take-off parameters based on aircraft weight and type, actual runway conditions including obstructions and terrain as well as real-time weather.
The service is available through any standard internet connection. “Our charter operators have requested that Universal offer runway analysis services.
We are now pleased to be able to provide those services with the support of an established and respected company in Aircraft Performance Group,” says Randy Stephens, director of product management.
“Universal clients will now have access to APG’s take-off, landing performance and runway obstruction data 24h a day.”
