Package-deliver carrier UPS, of Louisville, Kentucky, has appointed Kerry Fielden business-development director for the UK, the Nordic countries and Ireland. Fielden, who is based at the UK headquarters in Feltham, Middlesex, replaces John Haack who will return to the UPS US operation. Neil Taylor replaces Fielden as sales manager in the UK. He was most recently area sales manager in the Midlands.
