US investment and finance group American International Group has teamed up with several Taiwanese conglomerates, led by China Development Corp, to take a 56.1 per cent stake in Far East Air Transportation Corp for $291 million. FEAT is the country's largest domestic carrier with around 40 per cent of the market.
