Rakesh Gangwal is named president and chief operating officer of USAir Group and USAir Inc Lawrence Nagin becomes vice-president for corporate affairs and general counsel of the USAir Group and its principal operating subsidiary. Gangwal, who has served with Air France and United Airlines, replaces Frank Salizzoni, who is to retire. Nagin, a former assistant city attorney in Los Angeles, California, representing the Department of Airports, succeeds James Lloyd.
