VGS Aircraft Holding has, through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Olbia Limited, acquired one Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Transavia, by a purchase and leaseback transaction.
The aircraft MSN 30389, is leased to Transavia until November 2013. The aircraft is financed by GE Japan Corporation, PK Airfinance.
According to Flightglobal's ACAS database, the aircraft was built in 2000 and is powered by CFM56-7B27 engines.
