Endevco, part of the UK-based Meggitt Aerospace group, is to supply its vibration-monitoring (AVM) system for the new-generation Boeing 737-600/700/800 series. The Microtrac IIB records engine-vibration data, making re-balancing easier. Endevco's existing deal with Boeing, which covers AVM equipment for all production airliners, has also been extended to 2004 in a deal worth $20 million.
