Vought Aircraft Industries has won the contract to build the aft fuselage of the Boeing 767, work performed previously by Bombardier's Canadair division. The contract extends to 2010. Dallas, Texas-based Vought, formerly the Commercial Aerostructures division of Northrop Grumman, already produces the 767 horizontal stabiliser and centre wing, contracts for which have been extended to 2007.
