At Colorado Springs, Colorado-based Western Pacific Airlines' first annual shareholders' meeting, Martin Dugan was re-elected as a director and Clayton Bennett, Ivan Irwin, Glenn Stinchcomb and James Wikert were elected directors. Edward Beauvais, founder, chairman, president and chief executive, and Trevor Van Horn also continue to serve on the board.
