Fixed-base operator and US-certificated repair station Western Aircraft, of Boise, Idaho, has appointed Doug Hart chief executive. He also becomes vice-chairman of the overall board for all companies owned by Western owner and chairman Al Hilde. Hart has re-organised the firm into three operating groups: Aircraft Sales, Aircraft Operations and Western Communications. Allen Hoyt becomes executive vice-president for sales, Tim Hilde is promoted to executive vice-president for operations, while Scot Nelson continues as general manager of Western Communications.
