POLAND'S PZL-OKECIE IS offering an armed version of its PZL-104 Wilga general-purpose light aircraft to an unspecified third-world country for border patrol and counter-insurgency duties. The aircraft is a basic Wilga with the addition of two under-wing pylons carrying unguided or guided rockets or gun pods. About 1,000 examples of the basic aircraft in various configurations - from agricultural aircraft to glider tugs - have already been sold around the world.
