Central European budget carrier Wizz Air will launch seven services from Italy to destinations in the Czech Republic, Romania and Lithuania later this month.

It will start serving Brno and Tirgu Mures twice-weekly and Vilnius thrice-weekly from Rome Fiumicino. The Brno service will begin on 27 March, while the Vilnius and Tirgu Mures routes will commence on 16 April and 20 June, respectively.

The carrier will also launch twice-weekly flights from Milan Bergamo to Vilnius on 17 April and Tirgu Mures on 18 June.

In addition, it will begin twice-weekly operations between Forli Bologna and Tirgu Mures on 20 June and between Bari and Bucharest on 27 March.

The airline's fleet currently consists of 34 Airbus A320 aircraft.
