-SR Technics has concluded a three year deal to support two ex-Air France A320s to be operated by new Italian carrier Volare Airlines.

-Pratt & Whitney Canada has signed a ten year deal with Mesa Air to support its PW123D powered de Havilland Dash 8s and the Embraer EMB-120 Brasilia fleet.

-Alenia's Venice-based division, Aeronavali, has won a contract from US leasing company Pegasus for the conversion from passenger to cargo configuration of five McDonnell Douglas DC-10-10s.

-Lufhansa Technik has become the first company to perform an intermediate layover check of an Airbus A340, after the Lufthansa aircraft reached five years and more than 3,000 cycles.
