French aircraft equipment manufacturer Zodiac has completed its acquisition of US oxygen system supplier Scott Aviation from Tyco International for $70 million. Lancaster, New York-based Scott had 2003 revenues of $60 million. The Zodiac Group reported sales growth of 4% for the first nine months of the year as it pursues further acquisitions. Aeronautical business sales stood at €730 million ($900 million).
