Airbus' latest data confirms that Etihad Airways has ordered 25 A350-1000s but the non-inclusion of Marsans' 61-aircraft order means the formal A380 total still remains below 200.
Etihad's order - which includes six A380s and 20 A320s - accounts for 51 of the 84 aircraft booked during the month.
It takes to 75 the number of orders for Airbus' largest version of the A350 family, for which Emirates, Qatar Airways and Asiana Airlines are also customers, and brings the number of firm orders for the A350 to 483 - with another 10 part of Spanish travel firm Marsans' agreement.
The firm A350 orders include 226 for the -900 variant and 182 for the -800. Marsans' agreement is for the A350-900.
Airbus' gross orders for the month totalled 878 and the airframer has confirmed its net total for the year to 30 November at 756.
Its A380 total is still officially at 198 because the four A380s which are included in Marsans' order have yet to be formally included. Alongside the A380s and A350s the Marsans deal includes five A330-200s and 42 A320-family jets.
