The first Airbus A320s for India's Air Deccan are being prepared for delivery ahead of the carrier's planned launch of jet services in July. The airline has a deal with Singapore Aircraft Leasing Enterprise for five International Aero Engines V2500-powered A320s, and the first three aircraft - which were previously operated by Qatar Airways, are being prepared for delivery at Bournemouth International airport in the UK. The airline, which will operate scheduled services on India's main trunk routes, started operations in August last year using ATR 42s.
