Taitbout Antibes has reached agreement to buy British Airways' subsidiary Air Liberté in a move which could herald the merger of the French Airline with AOM. Dutch financial institution Taitbout is a subsidiary of Marine Wendel and Group Alpha which, with SAirGroup, controls AOM and Air Littoral.
