Air Nauru has decided not to replace its only aircraft – a Boeing 737 that US Eximbank repossessed last December. Two other airlines have taken over several routes that Air Nauru once served, leaving it too little work to keep an aircraft busy. Chief executive Geoff Bowmaker says Nauru is now looking for another island nation that might agree to operate a joint airline.
