Airbus delivered 196 aircraft over the first six months of the year, half the figure of 389 it had achieved at the same point in 2019.
The figure means the airframer managed to hand over 36 aircraft during the month.
These included four A350-900s for Iberia, Air France and SAS, the only long-haul jets delivered in June.
The remainder of the deliveries comprised 31 A320-family aircraft and a single A220.
No new orders were registered by Airbus during June, its second month in a row of zero order activity.
Lessor Avolon has reduced its order commitment to the A330-900 by one, to nine aircraft, the only cancellation recorded by the airframer.
Airbus’s net firm orders for the half-year, as a result, declined by one airframe to 298.
