Canadian aircraft manufacturer Alberta Aerospace will establish a European headquarters at Charleroi Gosselies Airport in Belgium at the end of the year. It will be responsible for sales and marketing of the single-engined Phoenix FanJet, formerly the Promavia Jet Squalus. The move follows the recent court decision to ratify the asset sale agreement with the former Promavia's trustees, settling a dispute over FanJet ownership (Flight International, 28 July-3 August).
