Richard Quirin has been named executive vice-president and chief financial officer at Indianapolis, Indiana-based Allison Engine, a member of the Rolls-Royce Aerospace Group. He was formerly at Lucas Electronics Systems Products and served as vice-president for contracts and business development on special assignment to Lucas Geared Systems.
