Ralph Richardi has been named president of AMR Eagle carrier Simmons Airlines, in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and David Kennedy becomes president of Flagship Airlines, of Nashville, Tennessee. Richardi, most recently vice-president at Dallas/Fort Worth for American Airlines, succeeds Peter Piper. Kennedy, previously vice-president of field services at American, succeeds John Hayes, who is to retire.
