The Antonov An-124 impounded by bailiffs at Brussels Zaventem airport in early August remains on site awaiting payment of €44 million ($54 million) debt by the Ukrainian government to Cyprus based TMR Energy. The aircraft's seizure followed a ruling by a Swedish court permitting the appropriation by TMR of Ukrainian state property, for its failure to pay for the construction of an oil refinery. A second Antonov type has also been seized by bailiffs in Canada.
