US aviation communication company Arinc is considering external financing to allow it to fund expansion. “Arinc has seen double-digit growth for the past five years, and to build on this momentum and take advantage of future business opportunities, the company is considering external financing, which could include new equity capital,” the company says. Arinc is denying reports that it could be offered for sale. The Wall Street Journal has reported that the company is being offered for as much as $1 billion in a deal being brokered by Goldman Sachs.
