Some companies build aircraft, others pull them apart. Avatar (E701) falls into the latter category and has come to the show having just added a Boeing 737 to its already large parts inventory.

The aircraft, which was bought from Jet Capital/UAM, is currently being stripped down and all strategic components will be available through Avatars's automated parts system within the next few weeks.

"We're very pleased with this latest purchase as it was one of our quickest acquisitions and matched several of our key customer profiles," says Edward Randall, Avatar's chief operating officer.

Avatar Alliance is a leading provider of 100% documented and traceable airframe, powerplant and avionics components, as well as complete engines and component repair management services.
