US-based Aviall has been awarded exclusive 10-year rights to distribute parts for the Rolls-Royce Model 250 turboshaft and turboprop engines. The company says the contract will add $90 million to its net sales in 2000 and that its network of more than 40 customer service centres around the world will provide on-demand support.
President and CEO Eric Anderson says: "The partnership will benefit Model 250 operators by providing them with a global, one-stop source for aftermarket maintenance support."
