Brussels-based ground handler Aviapartner is to undergo a management buyout backed by UK venture capital group 3i. Last year Aviapartner handled 20.8 million passengers and achieved a turnover of €268 million ($323 million) and a net profit of nearly €13 million. The company employs over 5,000 staff.
