Mesa - The Phoenix-based regional carrier is spending a lot of time in court, last week having filed against Delta Air Lines, which suspended a contract with a Mesa subsidiary for allegedly failing to meet connecting flight requirements. In October, Mesa was ordered to pay $80 million in damages plus costs when found to have used confidential information to launch a rival to Hawaiian Airlines. To claw back some cash, it may sell off its spare parts inventory.
